Our home sale was an emotional situation for our family, with tight timeframes and even tighter finances. We actually had to move across the country before the house was sold, leaving Dave to handle everything! He was great about making sure the house was being maintained, and arranging for any contractors, etc. The sale became a short sale, and Dave was diligent in getting all the paperwork done and following up with the banks, until finally it was done! His calm throughout the process made us feel like everything would be ok.
