Building a Home Used to be a Struggle- Not Any More!

David has years of experience working for a builder in the Rochester area where he assisted customers with every aspect of the building process. David will help you negotiate bids from different builders, while at the same time ensuring that the quality you desire is not compromised, and that the contract between you and the builder adequately represents your best interest.

David works hands on with his clients covering the full range of construction activities. He oversees each detail of the process, from the development of the floor plan, with frequent house site visits for quality control, and the coordination of cabinet and counter design and fabrication, to paint color choices. David understands the building process, and will help keep you and the builder on track with all the decisions and changes that you will make. He will also add helpful suggestions that will allow you to personalize your home. Often it is better to add a detail during the construction process than install something later.
